Ssc Service Utility Cx4400 I Need Help Desperatly

I need help desperatly - ssc service utility cx4400

I have an Epson RX425 printer will not print. I installed ink. I have tried SSC Service Utility couldnt you find an Epson RX425.
have also tried to install the zip file to 430 and restart the fight against waste.
