Block Light Walkway How Well Do Plantation Shutters Block Light?

How well do Plantation Shutters block light? - block light walkway

I think I buy for my bedroom window, but I want to know whether a leakage of light through the morning and be good to block out the light?

Moreover, what is your experience with the quality of "wood" or "poly" false "type?

They are much better than the blinds. We have a window in the front of the house, and we have blinds in the back, which cost us much as $ 400 per window. To block now, actually work the best thing I can say the light.

We have the kind of imitation wood. I've forgotten what they call vinyl or otherwise. But they are much cheaper than wood and lasts longer, does not crack and are 100% resistant to fading.

In addition to bear, when the light really mistakes, and you want your total darkness, also gets decent window treatments, including the look, then under a black veil. These are the same people who use the hotels. We have in the room, and my wife loves it, a bit like waking up at sunrise, but it did not. Well .. Well ....

We have wooden plantation shutters on the 2 sides of the sunshine in our house, 6 large windows. Probably 90% of the sunlight by category. I like the way they provide privacy at night. Our place is made of real wood, fully set up, including blankets in 2 large rooms to life. He has never considered the "polished overhang" of the nature of the air in its place.
